CAN I SUBSTITUTE BISQUICK FOR FLOUR IN BANANA BREAD?

If you’re not using this exact recipe and have one of your own, it’s possible that you might be able to use Bisquick instead of flour.

Bisquick contains flour, shortening, leavening agent, sugar, salt, and some preservatives. This means it isn’t a simple swap for flour. But it might be possible!

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH BANANAS FOR BANANA BREAD?

If you don’t have enough bananas on hand, you can make this Bisquick banana bread recipe with applesauce! You can swap one banana with 1/2 cup of applesauce. I don’t recommend using more than 1 cup of applesauce in this recipe. If you use too much applesauce your mixture could end up being too wet.
