How long does shipping take?

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States and Canada. For residents of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. International shipping charges will also be calculated at checkout. Expedited and express shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.
